I had the pleasure of dying at the vault a few weeks back. First time visitor. I’m looking forward to the next time. I get to dine in there.
Atmosphere is a dimly lit steakhouse, with high end service. Set in an old bank building.
Once seated the chef brought out an amuse bouche which started the dining experience off with a flavor punch.
Fried apple, honey drizzle, topped with goat cheese. Everybody knows that honey and apples go perfectly together. But who would’ve thought to throw goat cheese in there! It was a one to punch for my flavor senses.
The homemade rolls they brought out covered in a sticky buttery garlic mixture were absolutely divine. I had to limit myself to just one.
The grilled cabbage was absolutely amazing. In fact, it was probably my most favorite thing I ate that night. The combination of flavors and the cabbage itself were just dancing across the taste buds. I’m going back just for this dish.
The ribeye steak was a tad disappointing. It ate more like a New York strip. It had a little more chew to it, not as tender as I was hoping. The flavor was good. The seasoning was perfect. I could not ask for it to be cooked any better. Over all if it would have been more tender it would have been amazing.
So full from dinner that we skipped out on desert.
Next time I will give the desserts to try!

One of my favorite restaurants in all of Arkansas. First off, the staff and servers are the most precious people. Immediately welcomed us, checked in and wished us happy anniversary. There was such a sweet card on our table and three servers wished us happy anniversary before the waters even arrived. The food is just the best. The steaks, lamb, pork chops and every side is just so well thought out and well prepared. Just one of my favorite dining experiences in Arkansas. Thank you for making our every visit so special.

Mind blown! First off our server was Hunter. And everyone knows the server sets the tone of your whole experience. His recommendations were flawless and every single thing we tried was amazing. We had both the Pork Belly and Tuna Crudo for apps. Pork Belly was great, the Crudo was a God level flavor combo! For our meal we had the Roast Chicken and the Ribeye with Foie Gras butter topper. Our sides were Brussel sprouts and smoked creamed corn. Main dishes again absolutely spectacular and had our taste buds feeling like they were living in a dream world! If that wasn’t enough we went all in for dessert and tried both the Espresso cheesecake, and Crème Brulee again we were wowed! There wasn’t one phase of this experience that didn’t go above what we expected for our first time eating here! So glad we looked this place up, and will definitely be back! Thank you guys for giving us an unforgettable date night tonight!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was scrumptious! Started with the cabbage salad (exceptional) and had the Fish of the day, Halibut. Cooked to perfection. Scott was our host for the evening. He made the evening special for our party. Would recommend going to the Vault for a memorable dinner. And ask for Scott.

The Vault has cool factor. The private dining inside the actual vault is just something you want to be able to say you did. It’s cozy and romantic.
We went there for our anniversary and they had a card on our table signed by the entire staff and the chef. Sitting behind the card were champagne glasses and enough to make a toast. The menus were back-lit so you could read them. It was like they glowed when you opened them.
The service was excellent. The food was beautifully presented, the rolls were dipped in some sort of sweet butter and were delicious. We had the wedge salad and it was big enough to share.
Our steak was cooked perfectly, but lacked a little flavor. This may have been our fault. We opted not to add any of the extras e.g.: garlic butter, onions, mushroom or crusted rub. Still we would have expected, for the price of the steak, it would have had some sort of seasoning, but we don’t believe it did. This is the only reason they got a 4 star vs a 5.
You have to experience this at least once to say you have dined at The Vault.

The food and drinks were amazing for our first visit to the Vault; we were celebrating our 22nd anniversary. The atmosphere and service was wonderful! Romantic, dim lighting, lighted menus for ease of ordering was cool. Our server Scott was even better than we had heard from friends who had been there. He took care of us like we had been there many times before. Very nice yeast rolls warm from oven, with sweet honey. Blistered sushito peppers for appetizer was very tasty; Grouper special was divine that night, mushroom soup with bacon and bleu cheese crumbles was awesome. The ny strip special was very nice for my husband. Carrot cake to share was delicious! Smoked old fashioned was great, cucumber & jalapeno margarita was very fresh and tasty. Also had jalapeno infused lemon drop martini. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Will definitely go back and take friends! Love this place!

Very cool atmosphere (very dark inside) but with light up menus to offset the darkness! I’ve never been to a restaurant where everything I ordered - whether it was the drinks, dessert or the food - just got better with each dish. Everyone with me at the table thoroughly enjoyed everything they ordered, literally everything. And the bread that they give you while you’re waiting is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, it’s glazed with honey, it’s soft, moist, warm and so flavorful!!! This place is exceptional, and like I said, I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a restaurant where everything was just so good! This place is definitely a five stars joint. And if you go upstairs to the bar it’s so retro and awesome!!!

The Vault was spectacular.
We had the strawberry and beet salad (amazing) and 1/2 dozen raw oysters (they were smaller, but equally as good as the oysters from another local spot) for appetizers.
They celebrated our anniversary with small goblets of virgin, sparkling white grape juice and a personalized card (thoughtful).
For our main course, I had the lamb topped with chimichurri and a side of Brussel sprouts. She had the scallops…which were HUGE and perfectly cooked. The sauce with the scallops, a red birria type sauce, was very unique. The dinner rolls were delightful.
The atmosphere of the entire establishment is very chic and historic.
The smoked ole fashioned is a must (applewood smoked and served in a mini-vault)!!
We will go back for sure. A great dining experience.
Online reservations were easy and we found free parking nearby at the Regions Bank.

My husband and I dined here for valentine's day. I thought it was a great experience from start to finish. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our server was very nice and attentive. The rolls were SO good! My blueberry cocktail was very tasty and my chicken dish was flavorful as well. We decided to get the cheesecake for dessert and I think it may have been the best cheesecake I've ever had. Would def return if I'm in the area and recommend. Also attaching menu photos since I could not find any on their website and the newest ones on Google were a year old.

Amazing dining experience! The hostess, manager, waitress, and chef were all kind and helpful. The waitress knew that menu which was helpful as this was our first time dining there. They knew it was our anniversary and has a card signed waiting for us on our table. Such a kind thing to do! It was the little things that mattered. Everything we ordered was delish. Seriously. It was. We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely come back!
